NHS South Sefton CCG and NHS St Helens CCG – Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Service

NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (MLCSU) is supporting South Sefton CCG and NHS St Helens CCG who are the Contracting Authorities for this opportunity. The CCGs are looking to gain Expressions of Interest (EoIs) providers who could be interested in delivering a Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Service to patients in the CCG areas. The potential contract will be valued at approximately £2,299,348* per year; and the contract duration will be for 4 years with the potential to extend for a further 1 x 1-year period. The extension will be subject to further funding being made available to the CCGs. * Annual contract value is an average across the 5 years and is expected to be lower in the earlier years.
