Statutory Fire Door Inspections

This is a contract award notice for statutory fire door inspections on two student accommodation buildings, The Gateway and 179 High Street to identify their compliance with statutory requirements and establish a programme of prioritised remedial works. The University has undertaken a competitive request for quotation process and is entering into a NEC4 PSSC contract. The contract is initially awarded on a one year basis, with a two year extension option available.
