The project consists of a 2-storey extension to the side elevation of an existing dwelling. It will include the demolition of an existing garage/lean-to and minor refurbishment works to the external of the existing main structure. The site is located at 41 Sydney Road, Smethwick, West Midlands, B67 5QG.
