Local Housing Need Assessment

Forest of Dean District Council in partnership with other Gloucestershire local authorities is seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to produce a Local Housing Need Assessment(s) (LHNA). The LHNA must be compliant with the National Planning Policy (NPPF), the requirements of the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG) and assist the authorities with the Duty to Cooperate. The purpose of the LHNA will help to inform the production and review of local plans and housing strategies by providing robust evidence of housing needs in Gloucestershire. No further clarification questions may be submitted after this time. The closing date for submission of tenders is 17:00 hours 15 November 2018.
