Refurbishment of Downside Middle School to provide school and community facilities

The Isle of Wight Council invited tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Conversion and refurbishment of former school building back to a school building including : Alterations and refurbishment of the School , Childrens Centre and Community Centre , Demolition of the Isobel Centre Cafe , and alterations and refurbishment of the Temporary Classroom together with associated external works and drainage. It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 16 September 2016 with the School & EY area available for occupation by the 8th August 2016.
