MINI COMPETITION FROM ADUP FRAMEWORK - LOT 1 - URBAN DESIGN ADVICE TO INFORM THE PREPARATION OF PLANNING GUIDANCE

The London Borough of Bromley (LBB) is preparing and developing Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) for Bromley and Orpington Town Centres. These SPDs will provide guidance on a range of topic areas to assist with implementing planning policies set out in the Borough's Development Plan. This includes further guidance on urban design, to inform the design of development sites which are likely to come forward in the Town Centres
