DPS 5402 Retrofit Coordinator, Assessor and Evaluator support on SHDF Wave 1 (Sandwell)

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council has secured Social Housing Decarbonisation Wave 1 Funding from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) to improve the energy efficiency of 273 local authority owned domestic properties by the end of March 2023. The Council has appointed a Contractor to carry out the role of Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Evaluator on a programme of retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) of a number of domestic properties located within the Cape Hill area of Smethwick, West Midlands.
