Cleaning Services for Civic Centre Folkestone, Kent

Shepway District Council (the Council) wishes to select and appoint a suitable Supplier for the provision of cleaning services at the Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent and invites prospective Suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements. The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specification at APPENDIX 1. It should be noted that by submitting a Tender, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon October 1st 2016 and will continue for a period of 2 years with a maximum extension of 18 months unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract. Prospective Suppliers are required to attend a site visit during the week commencing Monday 27th June 2016. These are to be scheduled via the 'Discussions' function within the Kent Business Portal.
