Stakeholder workstream support

The key objectives of this work is to assess our current work on the operating model for NRS and provide areas for alignment and actionable recommendations that ensures we are on track to achieve our goals. We are at a crucial stage of moving to a programmatic based delivery organisation and it is key we have a clear and prioritised plan to best enable the model that will successfully deliver the 10 year strategy.
