Wolverhampton City Council as the Contracting Authority for use by Dudley MBC and WalsallMBC are setting up a framework agreement, this framework will also be available for use by Solihull MBC and Coventry City Council. The tender comprised Lot 1 Chilled and Ambient (Grocery Products),Lot 2 Frozen Foods and Lot 3 Buffet Items.
