Parking Enforcement

Uttlesford District Council have the responsibility under the Traffic Management Act 2004 for the enforcement of on street civil parking enforcement. The overarching objective is to establish a sustainable parking service that meets countrywide and local policy objectives. Uttlesford District Council has helped to develop a integrated service which will be led by Colchester Borough Council as part of the North Essex Parking Partnership.
