9952 - Procurement of Printing services framework of suppliers for Norwich City Council - AWARD

Norwich City Council (the administering authority) has a requirement to provide a wide variety of printing services across the whole authority. Analysis of printing requests across the council over the last four financial years shows spend to be circa £256,500. The printing requirements of the authority will fluctuate depending on the council's needs. Therefore this level of volume/expenditure cannot be guaranteed. The council in the future may wish this framework to also be accessible by Norwich City Services Ltd, a wholly owned non trading company of Norwich City Council. This service provides the council with the means of achieving its targets and deadlines to deliver print services to council wide customers across all service areas.
