Linking Levisham Single Legal Entity Support

The purpose of this brief is to seek the services of an experienced organisation to provide technical advice to the project (a Round 2 Landscape Recovery project). Whilst the full scope of the technical advice is currently unknown, it will involve an assessment of the most appropriate form of Single Legal Entity taking into account the nature of the key project partners, liabilities & obligations, impacts and next steps, in the context of the Linking Levisham project.
