Tender for Internal Audit Services, External Audit Services and Corporate Tax Services

The provision of external audit services and service charge work as described in the attached Specification and the tender return document provided by RSM as well as the letter of engagement between the parties (the Engagement Letter). It is expressly agreed that the Provider is not providing Corporate tax or Internal Audit services under this Agreement.
