LHP262 Customer Research Provider

LHP is seeking a Service Provider with proven experience of interviewing social housing residents to provide customer research services over a period of two years. The Service Provider will be required to deliver a flexible customer research programme that: o Provide up-to-date insightful feedback o Provide assurance to residents and LHP that the survey results are accurate and reflective of the views of our residents o Represent value for money o Will meet the diverse communication needs of our residents
