Description
Extra care housing provides safe and secure self-contained accommodation for older adults who require varying levels of care and support to enable them to live independently in a home environment. Tatton Gardens is a new scheme that is currently being developed by Chorley Council and is due to open in October 2022. During office hours, Monday to Friday, the scheme will be staffed with council housing management staff and a concierge service is due to be provided during evening and weekends. Lancashire County Council is looking to appoint a Service Provider to deliver Care and Support services at the new Scheme. Tatton Gardens is located on Eaves Lane in Chorley. It will have 62 one-bedroom and two bedroom apartments to rent for people aged 55 and over.
