Description
Following the acquisition by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) of the North Manchester General Hospital (NMGH) from the Pennine Health Acute Trust (PAHT) on the 1st April, 2021 it requires all of the MFT Hospitals in the Group to be on the same IT Systems. In the area of Audiology NMGH currently operates on a system known as Practice Navigator. Plans were underway to migrate this to Auditbase. NMGH currently operate this as a shared system across other hospitals in the PAHT Group. The remaining hospitals in PAHT have now transferred to the Northern Care Alliance (NCA) from the 1st October, 2021. The Call Off Contract is to address 2 things. Firstly by March 22 Practice Navigator upgrade and the Database split between NCA/NMGH. Secondly, before September 2022 the Merger of NMGH into one MRI instance in Auditbase and renumber patients. MFT will then have all of its hospitals in the group operating on all the same operating system, the same software and the same single instance. The framework allows for a direct award to Auditdata.
