Dynamic Purchasing System for Local and Home to School Transport

North and North East Lincolnshire Councils wish to engage suitably qualified Public Service Vehicles (PSV), Private Hire and Hackney Carriage operators for the provision of Home to School and Local Bus Services. The routes and destinations for this transport provision will vary and may also be to and from locations outside of the authority's geographical boundaries.
