Description
Land and Property Services (LPS) advises the Northern Ireland public sector on asset management and disposals. This includes acting on behalf of public sector bodies (listed at Annex 2) to appoint professional chartered surveyors (RICS) to sell and let land and property (referred to collectively as assets). LPS intends to appoint up to two Suppliers to deliver asset agency services across Northern Ireland under this Framework.

Suppliers must confirm that all proposed personnel who are assigned to work on this contract are currently members or Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or hold an equivalent qualification demonstrating comparable professional competence and experience Suppliers must demonstrate how any proposed equivalent qualification or membership is comparable to RICS in terms of professional standards, technical competence, and relevant experience.
