The Manor House - Conservatory Replacement

Dawlish Town Council is seeking the removal of its existing timber conservatory on the Manor House, a Grade II listed building, and replacing like for like - see tender documents for full details. The works are to be completed under a JCT Minor Works form of contract and are expected to commence Autumn 2022. Tender submissions, including both a signed form of tender and a fully priced schedule of works (in Excel format) are due back no later than 12 noon on 15th September 2022
