Description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to commence some market engagement and consultations prior to a Contract and Call for Competition Notice (August 2021). The intention will to replace two existing framework due to expire Feb 2022 with one new revised Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), over three LOTS. The service provision is for 1) supply of preliminary drug testing devices (2012) 2) supply of Mobile Preliminary Roadside Drug Testing Devices 3) In Custody Drugs Testing on Arrest Devises and associated products must be granted type approval by Secretary of State, DSTL Guide to Type Approval Preliminary Drug Testing Devices (2012) and Guide for Mobile Preliminary Drug Testing Devices (2013). The values indicated are an estimated forecast all things remaining constant over a 5 year DPS.
