Description
Choice Housing Ireland Limited wishes to appoint a cleaning contractor to provide cleaning and waste management services to communal areas in Choice schemes and Choice offices. Services required across the association's stock of general needs, sheltered and supported housing developments and mixed tenure schemes across Northern Ireland. Ad-hoc tasks such as waste management, bin collection and specialist cleans. Office cleaning at Leslie Morrell House, Maple House and Citylink.
