Participation

Tenderers must demonstrate that they are legally constituted and not subject to any mandatory or discretionary exclusion grounds under the Procurement Act 2023.
Tenderers must demonstrate proven technical and operational capability to deliver secure, end‑to‑end IT asset processing and resale services within a policing environment. As a minimum, tenderers must evidence: Prior experience delivering comparable services for the Metropolitan Police Service, or for another UK police force or policing‑grade public body, involving the secure handling, processing, grading, and resale of IT assets; Demonstrable familiarity with policing security controls, governance arrangements, and chain‑of‑custody requirements; Established processes and facilities capable of supporting time‑critical delivery, including the ability to mobilise immediately on contract award without reliance on an extended transition, onboarding, or familiarisation period; and The ability to maintain full auditability, data protection assurance, and reputational protection throughout delivery.
