Provision of Support Services for Unit4 ERP via CCS G-Cloud 13 - Lot 3 Cloud Support framework

Southend-on-Sea City Council wants to modernise its cloud-enabled legacy Unit4 ERP MS7 application across the enterprise. To achieve this goal, we need expert support to transform critical but outdated legacy application workflows and standardise practises that have been proven through research and experience. The cloud support service must provide expert knowledge of the product with standard applications for all features covered by the existing licence agreement, expertise in the functional areas of the application and the ability to facilitate knowledge transfer to their internal service team.
