Appointment of Technical Advisors to review an Offshore Wind Farm Investment

The Green Investment Bank Financial Services (GIBFS) is considering an investment into an offshore wind farm currently in operation (the “Transaction”). GIBFS is looking to appoint a Technical Advisor (TA) to conduct a detailed technical review to ascertain the technical risk profile of the project. The wind farm is located in UK waters and is based on monopile foundations and wind turbine generators (WTG). A vendor’s technical due diligence (VDD) report will be provided. GIBFS invites you to bid in accordance with the specification detail shown below and GIB Terms and Conditions of contract. The successful bidder will be requested to confirm it is not conflicted to undertake the proposed work and is willing to engage with GIB on an exclusive basis on the transaction.
