Public Health England (PHE); Data on e-cigarette usage for monitoring trends in England, Wales and Scotland PHE is seeking an organisation with control of existing datasets with information on smoking status and electronic cigarette usage, enabling PHE to use these data to monitor the uptake of e-cigarettes and perceptions of their use: For youths For adults The data is required by country within Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland) for the period 2019/20, and needs to be delivered as a single data extract by the 31st March 2020. Costs The overall contract value will be a maximum of £10,000 (excluding VAT). A detailed breakdown of costs is required, which will need to demonstrate value for money.
