Relocation and refurbishment services for the Liaison Psychiatry Service

Sheffield Health & Social Care NHS FT are looking for a contractor to refurbish space within an existing building to enable the re-location of the Liaison Psychiatry Service. The works are to be carried out under the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract. Should your tender be successful, you will be required to enter a contract under the same. You are requested to carry out a site inspection prior to submitting your tender in order to appreciate the full extent of the works. Services are live within the building. The part building areas to be refurbished will be vacant during the agreed phased contract periods. The remainder of the building is occupied. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the latest Building Regulations and British Standards. Estimated start date on site will be 09/05/22 with an expected contract period of 12 weeks.
