The provision of Early Permanence practice and development services

VAAs will work together as an alliance to recruit, assess, prepare, and support adopters to provide Early Permanence Placements for children aged 2 years and over, both individually and in sibling groups. Increase the number of EP placements; Improve the quality of EP placement practice; Ensure that EP carers and placements receive the most appropriate support before, during and after placement; Ensure that every area of the country has equal and timely access to early placements; Ensure that the adopter and birth parent voice influences the delivery of EP nationally and regionally; and Identify areas for potential innovation in EPP.
