The Provision of Consultancy Services for a Master Planner, Pre Planning Cost Consultancy and Multi-Disciplinary Engineer

Taunton Deane Borough Council wants to appoint a Master planner to accelerate the delivery timetable for the regeneration of an estate comprising circa 200 properties. In conjunction with this, appointments will be made for the following supporting consultant roles: Multi-disciplinary Engineering Practice to provide an assessment of infrastructure capacity to support master planning processes. Cost Consultant to provide appraisal advice and explore joint venture options with local development partners. It is anticipated the master planning phase will take approximately 12 months to include community engagement. This will bring the scheme to a position to submit a planning application.
