the provision of a TPI to procure energy on their behalf for a 3-years contract period, with the option to extend for a further 2 years (+2), for their portfolio of circa 2,500 properties (number of properties may vary throughout the life of the contract). NHSPS is wanting to maximise the value from its procurement strategy, while still providing budget certainty.
