202 - Crossfield Public Toilets

The works include the removal of the existing sanitary provisions, the removal of the floor tiles and breaking out of the screed (depth unknown). The replacement of the floor screed, with reinforcement, and retile, subdivision of the female facilities to provide a Part M compliant cubical including new blockwork wall and ramped access and forming of new door to serve the altered female facilities. Replacement of the wall tiling to all facilities and repair of external cracking with Helifix steel reinforcement bars. Applications to be emailed to daniel.white@affinitysurveying.co.uk.
