Retrofit Demonstrator Works at Belsize Grove

delivery of energy efficiency works at 5 - 7 Belsize Grove aimed at improving the efficiency of the building. Belsize Grove is 1 site made up of 58 dwellings and is to be funded through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund 1 (SHDF). Measures to be implemented may include: • Triple / double / secondary glazed windows • A combination of floor, roof, cavity, internal and external wall insulation • Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP), new radiators and related pipework • Solar panels • Mechanical ventilation • Insulated doors.
