London Councils own and manages a service contract for an online platform which collects and holds HR workforce metrics data to allow local government organisations to enter their own survey data and access a range of outputs. It empowers councils to assess performance and drive improvement. Councils can compare their performance, pay, reward and terms and conditions against a number of HR indicators including pay gap reporting. Councils can see where performance sits in relation to other councils of similar type (London Borough, County, Metropolitan, Unitary, District) and size including neighbouring borough, which is critical for strategic workforce planning and decision-making on people priorities including talent and succession planning and improving recruitment and retention challenges across public sector. This data can also lead to e the sharing of workforce policies and good practices that will improve and innovate public sector local authorities. The application provides results/benchmarking information, charts, pdf reports, scorecards, dashboards and Excel spreadsheet outputs that users can generate online.
