Description

Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: 2.2 Instead of: 02 January 2019 Time: 12:00 Read New: 11 January 2019 Time: 17:00 Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel this procurement at any time, or to cancel individual lots. Homes for Haringey invites supplies to supply materials to be used by its operatives as follows: roofing, glass and glazing, ironmongery, building, timber adhesive, timber fencing, vinyl flooring, doors, chain link, mechanical and drain clearing tools. HfH wishes to create a Framework Agreement with the successful organisations following a tender issued in the OJEU. Contracts will be called off the framework as and when required, but there is no guarantee of work. HFH will consider more than one supplier per lot, dependent on Financial standing, competency and ability to deliver for the Lot(s) in question and suitable reference(s) from similar clients to HFH which have had a similar requirement previously. HFH's existing supplies for this area of spend are currently provided by a number of Suppliers. All deliveries are to the Store Depot at Lordship Lane, London N17 6AA. All supplies to the Depot are utilised by the Haringey Repairs Service (HRS) team.
