The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of Adelaide Resource Centre Reconfiguration and Refurbishment.\r \r Reconfiguration and refurbishment of the ground floor areas of the Adelaide Care Home to improve communal WC's, upgrade the heating system in the lounge, form new offices and demolish the conservatory.
