Description
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the "Council") operates a Passenger Transport Operation ("PTO") which is responsible for the transportation of over 1,800 special needs and vulnerable children and adults two times per day which equates to over 724,000 movements per annum. The Council commissioned a review of PTO in 2017 for the Bradford District and this indicated that potential exists to transform services, introduce efficiencies and achieve cost reductions. The Council is now seeking a "Delivery Partner" to implement the Programme Objectives.
