External review of government and Board performance

The ETF has appointed a delivery partner to work with the ETF Board to complete a governance and Board performance review. There will be two key phases to the review of ETF's governance covering: i) governance structures or framework (which will be completed by ETF's chosen legal partner) and ii) performance, behaviours and culture of the charity's current Board and governance. It is this latter area (ii) to which this document refers, and for which we have awarded this contract. The consultant will work closely with our legal partner (considering the legal framework) throughout the review.
