Medina Electrical Works

This work package comprises the electrical and ancillary services associated with the proposed upgrade of the site electrical incoming supply, replacement swimming pool switchgear and air source heat pump installation at Medina Leisure Centre, Fairlee Road, Newport, Isle of Wight. This includes aspects of enabling builders works, electrical works in conjunction with Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks (site supply upgrade), but the Air Source Heat Pumps themselves are procured under a different opportunity. The term of the contract shall be based on providers best endeavours with an expected commencement date end of September 2021 and completion by end of December 2021. The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14:00Hrs on 25th August 2021.
