Description
The works include the replacement of the existing general office lighting throughout the majority of the building, with the intention to upgrade to the most energy efficient LED types, suitable for prolonged office use as specified. The work does not include the entire complex as some spaces have already been improved previously. The project drawings include the details of the specific areas and quantities of fittings required. It is anticipated that the works will commence mid-January 2023 and last for approximately 2 months. The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14:00Hrs on 13th December 2022.
