The Trust has used a training resource for a number of years and requires a provider continue of provision for a 12 month period for the design, development and delivery of Core Strengths Results Through Relationships (CSR) training program. Requirements to include: • one day CSR training workshop for up to 22 participants • one day CSR Certification training for up to 16 candidates The Trust require 500 CSR Learner Tool kits, Up-skilling of existing facilitators, Certificate up to 12 New Facilitators and an additional 6 Key influencers to the day one.
