Survey and Supply of Roofing Materials

St Leger Homes of Doncaster Ltd provides the management of approximately 21,000 homes and portfolio of other properties on behalf of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council. The management service provision includes repairs and maintenance across this property portfolio. The in-house Repairs and Maintenance Team carry out the roofing works and St Leger Homes require a contract in place for survey and supply of roofing materials. St Leger Homes have a requirement for surveying of the housing stock when required and delivery of non-stock roofing products direct to site. The in-house repairs and maintenance team then carry out the repairs to the housing stock. This contract is to cover the planned capital roofing works only.
