Description
Guildford Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out the design, supply and installation of air source heat pump (ASHP) systems complete with radiators, hot water cylinder, all controls, wiring, pipework and valves, insulation and all building work to replace existing low efficiency heating systems. The tender will evaluated on a ratio of 60% on price and 40% on quality.
