We wish to appoint a Contract Administrator and Clerk of Works for the following projects: o The Green, Beeston - a proposed development of 6no. dwellings in Beeston, Central Bedfordshire, 4 General Needs Rent and 2 shared ownership units. We have recently gone out to tender for the construction works. o Priory View, Dunstable - a conversion of retail and caf? units into 8 Independent Living Flats For both projects, the project team will comprise of: o Central Bedfordshire Council's Project Manager o Quantity Surveyor (already appointed) o Architect (already appointed) o Contract Administrator/Employer's Agent o Clerk of Works
