Description
Newcastle Furniture Service operates a leased furniture scheme to social landlords across the UK. The current operating systems are now out-dated and are not fit for the future. Any replacement system needs to be future-proofed as much as possible. The intention is to replace two of the current operating systems. The system functions requiring replacement include 'Stock Management' and 'Billing of Customers'. We need to improve the overall performance and look of any replacement system. We envisage a system that 'looks good and is easy to use' for both the customer and system user, this needs to be simple but effective.
