This procurement request relates to a set of field instruments that measure and monitor a number of environmental properties, chiefly those associated with soil, crops, and meteorology. The procurement comprises instrumentation to measure soil water content in the soil profile down to 1 m depth, a device to monitor crop leaf stomatal conductance, a field weather station, and data loggers (and cables) to record the data.
