One Horton Heath, Lower Acre, Parcel 1 - Piled Raft Foundations

Carry out the design in accordance with all relevant British Standards, Eurocodes, Building Regulation and NHBC standards, setting out and installation of piling mat, piles, waterproof lift pit, under slab drainage (including inspection chamber), trench and backfill for water, electric and communication services along with ground source heat pump pipework, reinforced concrete raft foundations and traditional foundations where required outside the footprint of the slab.
