Mayfield School, Torquay New Administration Block

Mayfield School is a Special School catering for pupils aged 2 - 19 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism and Physical Difficulties (PD). A new standalone administration block is to be provided on their Torquay site comprising of offices, training room, kitchen area, toilets and staff room. Project to start end of September/early October 2021 and be completed by the end of June 2022. Form of contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design (ICD) 2016 Edition including all current amendments. The location of this project is in Torbay, South West England.
