FIDDO - Fuels Information and Data for Defence Organisations-RFI

This RFI is an information gathering exercise, no further discussions with industry are planned at this stage however any future procurement activity will be advertised in line with public procurement regulations on the Defence Sourcing Portal and Contracts Finder. The Operational Energy Authority's Defence Support Team manage the Bulk Fuels Contracts for the provision of Bulk Marine, Aviation, and Road fuel worldwide, for all Front Line Commands. The Authority has an enduring requirement to provide a capability for users across Defence to obtain up-to-date international fuels market information, monitor prices of fuels purchased under extant and future Contracts and for forward forecasting and budgeting. This information is fundamental to the provision of detailed market costings of fuel transactions and the pricing mechanisms of future contracts. The aim of this RFI is to ascertain whether there are any suppliers in the market that can provide the required fuel price information contained within the RFI document for the MOD.
