Description
Our requirements for the agency are across the following areas; Multi-channel campaign development and delivery: Strategic and creative development for integrated through-the-line campaigns; capability in developing campaigns from briefing through all stages i.e. campaign strategy; proposition development; creative development and production; across all customer marketing and advertising channels (TV is not a usual feature of our marketing plan but capability in delivery would be required). Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Strategic development and delivery of an ongoing programme of marketing comms for a regulated client, through the lifecycle of a customer i.e. on-boarding, upsell/cross-sell, engagement comms - to support customer satisfaction and retention, and build loyalty. Data-driven: Consultation and expertise to create data-driven and personalised customer campaigns, leveraging our knowledge and insights, marketing automation and experimentation capabilities. You would work closely with NS&I's Data Planning team to support, develop and provide challenge as we build this capability internally.
