Evaluation of the BNSSG Sponsorship Recruitment Scheme for adult social care providers

Care and Support West, which is a representative body for adult social care providers, wishes to appoint a consultant to carry out an independent external evaluation of the "BNSSG Sponsorship Recruitment Scheme". The scheme is funded by the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire councils. It offers support and advice for care providers who have sponsor licences for international recruitment, or who have applied for a licence. The evaluation will cover the period from the start of the scheme in October 2024 to July 2025.
